Content Management System
After testing several content management systems, I chose WordPress for its user-friendly backend and vast assortment of themes and plugins. Once I had spoken with my client and established the basic layout requirements, I picked a suitable open-source theme and transformed it into the current design. I tested and implement several plugins that fit the customer's requirements, and manipulated those that didn't. I was able to fast-track this site to launch because I didn't have to "reinvent the wheel" designing my own content management system.
